how should i prepare said chicken?

i have two breasts and one leg (this sounds like amputee pr0n)

i will serve with asparagus and seasoned mini potatoes.

Season aggressively with salt and pepper. Heat pan with olive oil until nearly smoking. Add chicken, brown on all sides, throw into 425 degree oven with 2 sprigs of thyme, cook until done. Take chicken out, add knob of butter to pan with a squeeze of lemon. Swirl it around and serve pan sauce on top of chicken.

Tracy from I Hate My Message Board is a very, very brave woman. You see, not only did she purchase one of Sweet Sue’s Canned Whole Chickens, but she actually cooked it… and ate some of it. And luckily for all of us less brave souls, she photographed the entire process. I fully expect to see Andrew Zimmern eating one of these on an upcoming episode of Bizarre Foods. Bon appetit!
15 minutes at 475 degrees later… voila!
