A girl crashed into my front yard 2am this morning

I jumped out of bed and ran out to find her still in the car, dazed. She said she fell asleep at the wheel. From what I saw of the car parts strewn down the street, she swerved into the opposite lane, jumped the curb, nicked the streetlight, and demolished a huge shrub and landed perpendicular on the drive way, her axle crapped out and stuck on the curb.

I smelled alcohol on her. She started to cry. I got her insurance info for the owner of my building (some property damage). Then she said, "That's it! No more accidents due to working so late!"

No cops. I figured "why?" She would've been arrested. Her friends came and picked her up. I didn't want to be the only reason she would've been put in jail. The biggest damage was to her car - nothing else really.

this happened to me last summer. it was a gangbanger douchebag and his lameass girlfriend. after it happened, i went outside and saw the damage, and the girl was walking around dazed and crying. the dude looked like an unreasonable douche, so i looked at the chick and said "DON'T RUN. STAY HERE. THEY WILL FIND YOU IF YOU RUN AND IT WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE." and she was like "OKAAAAYUH *sob*". and then the gangbanger boyfriend screamed "RUN BABY RUN" and they both bolted.

they caught them both in the end, though
