i actually know this hispanic woman in north houston that got arrested for fucking her son and getting preggers by him. the CPS caught on somehow and now the woman's in jail.

i think that's pretty fucked and all, but i don't see why she has to be legally prosecuted by it. i had this conversation with my coworkers earlier this month and they where giving me alot of shit about my stance on this

i have a vid of those twins that were on howard stern doing each other. and on howard stern, after spending like 20 minutes proving they were biological twins, he was like "this is illegal, how do you get around it?" and they just like giggled. it's illegal, i don't get it. the only possible explanation is no guy has the heart to crack down on such awesome porn.

i didn't even do any research on it, but i would assume it's one of those archaic sexx laws that nobody cares about and doesn't really come into play except in the case of something severe like statutory rape so they can give perverted fathers a tougher sentence.

i don't think many people would call incest laws archaic. most would just say, "eww, of COURSE it's illegal, jesus!"

i think he was 18-20. i didn't know him but if he was 17 i guess that'd make more sense. overall i guess the mom's arrest was for the best because there was ALOT of hard drug traffic going thru the house and it was ostensibly no place to raise a child regardless, and form what i hear the son wasn't also with his mom but with his aunt too (who lived with them)

but like i said, that's seriously fucked and i could never imagine getting with my own mom muchless impregnanting her ... but with that said, i dont think it should be illegal. whatever goes on btw two consenting adults is their own bizness, as long as nobodys getting hurt [/2 cents

It should be looked into if things were going on since the guy was younger because you could really get fucked up to the point where you're getting abused by a parent after becoming 18 or whatever.. that's not right.

If the two people are sane and not in an abusive situation I think it's still messed up like you said but I suppose it shouldn't be illegal. I can't imagine it happening in a healthy situation though. Except for porn with 2 sisters.
