My friend gave me these two albums to listen to by Within Temptation. I told him it sounds like Evanescence to me. He was offended. Anyone heard of them? I never have. Maybe they're some kind of indie thing.

holy shit, they've started to get famous there? believe me, there's nothing indie about them. I liked Mother Earth back then, i don't think i'd like it anymore though. the new album should be horrible.

mother earth got 5 stars on amg though

Mother Earth is a great on the verge of lame album. It has everything a terrible goth band needs to make you want to vomit...and yet, it's suprisingly satisfying.

So do you guys disagree that they sound like Evanescence? They're similar at least. I've only listened to 3 or 4 songs.

pffft, they just fucking suck. their first single over here was kind of catchy but every other song i've heard and all the videos are complete shit.
