personally, i think he is excellent at what he does - bending and twisting information so that the majority of the public believes it.... because the majority of the public does not question what they see, hear, or read....

and he is quite entertaining. PLUS he is the only person to ever do something cool with a sociology degree.

some people say that this was the reason the internet was created by the military back in the 60's.

I like him, but I think it's obvious that he overexagerrates on things. On the other hand, it does balance out the stuff the right wingers dish out.

I feel like I'm the only one of all my liberal friends who doesn't really care for michael moore!
I mean, I thought Bowling for Columbine and Roger and Me were great movies, but Farenheitt 9/11 just seemed to be kinda ridiculous!
I hate Bush probably as much as any liberal does, but the info he presented in Frenheitt just seemed to be very LOOSELY BASED on facts. I think a lot of the times he takes ideas and manipulates them into what he wants to believe! Anyways, his first 2 docs were good!:D

I think he says in Stupid White Men that he dropped out of college one day because he couldn't find a parking space.

Yeah. The 60's were when he first started showing up on all the spy satellite photos taken from space.

What's so wierd is that I've had my hatred of Moore ever since high school, long before I even had any sense of his politics (or my own politics, for that matter) and long before he was a household name. My best friend would sing the guy's praises to the moon and talk about what a great show 'TV Nation' was all the frickin' time. I watched an episode of it, and thought it was travesty that Fox even would give such a godawful show a slot in their lineup (and this was early 90s Fox, back when the best primetime show they had was Married With Children!).

Married with Children was awesome.

Micheal Moore's got some good ideas on the way he makes his points, but he's become too involved with the politics he's supposed to be documenting. I want the facts, not the bias. I can make up my own mind regarding matters (leaving myself open here); not be force fed some lardo's uber-liberal opinion.
