I have a friend who not only can't pronounce "frustrating" but she can't spell it, either. She spells it the same way she says it, "fustrating."

It upsets me a lot more than it really should.

But there's no letter at the end of the word to indicate a "vee" sound. It's spelled "vous" not "vious."

There are some things I just can't pronouce no matter how hard I try. Like vacant. I always end up saying "vancant" I used to have issues saying cellular, but I've gotten that one down. It's really fucking stupid. And Dostoevsky - I can't pronounce that name to save my life.

This is different, and really just my problem not theirs, but I hate when people say 'addicting' instead of 'addictive'. It's a legit word, but it just sounds stupid to me.

Yeah, I'm with you on this one. I'm not good with linguistics definitions but progressive verbs sound really weird as adjectives. "When he writes he's very expressing", I mean what the hell

alright, this might be confusing

I HATE it when people read too fast so they don't take the time to try to pronounce a word that they don't know. they just read some of the letters and try to jumble them together. it happens a lot with names. JUST SOUND IT OUT OF YOU DON'T KNOW IT.

meh, infuriating to me.
