My Dad brought home Siamese Dream in 93 when it was released.

I then bought Machina when it came out.

I got MCIS before going to Europe for the summer in 2002. While in Europe, I picked up Gish (at Bayreuth Germany before going to Nurnberg - expensive little bugger over there) and then Adore (when I came back to Bayreuth.)

September 2002 I bought Rotten Apples & Greatest Hits collection.

I still haven't gotten Pisces. It's pretty much the last Pumpkins album that I haven't listened to. So many great songs on there I'm sure. But after I get it... there won't be that many left. I've downloaded a good 70% of TAFH, and besides, getting those CD's will be around $100 Canadian (I'm guessing.) Also, I was hoping of hearing some news of a reunion and whatnot before getting Pisces. Not much chance of that happening now. I guess I'm just saving it for a time when there's nothing left to really get. Besides though, I'm broke, and I never really got into Nirvana (I know, I know.) So I'm going to go and get all their stuff before touching Pieces.

My younger sister bought Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie on their release dates. I'd hear them albums playing in the house once in a while, but never paid much attention to them. Then, years later, I bought Adore a week after it was released, because my best friend had let me listen to it when he bought it the day it came out, and I felt it was the greatest thing I'd ever heard. I was given Siamese Dream as a birthday present a couple months later by that friend, and Mellon Collie was that year's Christmas present from him. Then I bought Machina, Rotten Apples/Judas O, TAFH boxset, and finally Pisces. That doesn't count all the singles... because technically, my first Pumpkin-CD ever was the Disarm single with Blew Away(long story). I've never purchased Gish.

yeah ive been through like three or four siamese dreams, and two mcis.

the order was definately siamese dream first, then mcis. pisces and gish i cant remember the order. then i think aeroplane... then adore, then a burt judas.

i have shirloads of other cds but i cant remember when i got them. in greece i got twilight which is awesome. in nyc i got soul sacrifice which is also awesome. i got aeroplane at the same time. the last i bought was lull, in boston.

wait no it wasnt, i bought a gish released on caroline records earlier this school year. which is cool.
