Billy is a self sufficient millionaire. I haven't heard of him being really extravagant. I'm sure he has a million dollar house, but he doesn't have a fleet of exotic cars like Jay Leno. He doesn't buy gold plated busts of Elizabeth Taylor like Michael Jackson.

If he really wants complete control, he should just release the album on the net. Maybe not entirely for free, but at a reasonable cost.

This would probably make it hard to book shows and get radio airplay since this type of marketing probably isn't considered "legit.":rolleyes:
