i think because i was raised in such a "God-fearing" household... my perception of sex is strange. i see sex as a way to bond with someone rather than a level of intimacy. but afterwards, i always feel kind of.. "should i have done that..? am i a slut now?"

I can't imagine how pleasurable having sex with someone you actually care about could be, but I imagine it ranks pretty damn high, and I don't think for one second I'd feel guilty about it. It's one of those simple pleasures you can share in without the impressions of popular society pressing down upon you. It's seems to be something very pure and natural, even in it's lust. Of course then, I've never jerked off on a sunset before...

When I was younger, I used to think it was strictly a guilty pleasure (thank you ten years of Catholic school) but now I think it just depends on the situation. If you're doing it to strictly fulfill carnal urges with Johnny Barstool or Jenny Bigguns because you're lonely and they're willing, I think feeling guilty is appropriate. However, if you do it with someone you really care about and trust, there should be no guilt in that. Sex in that case would just be another part of the relationship and not just some isolated period of lust before you wake up the next morning trying to find your underwear before whoever it is wakes up. And, in my experience, the latter is SO much better than the former.
