So, this woman is one of the ‘problem’ ladies I work with. Late requests, always urgent, never follows up. She has a reputation in my department for being our most difficult customer.

Anyway, we had a bulk print order from all our PRO’s, and I wanted to do the print once off, once I had quantities from all of them.

This silly bitch, who has been on leave for two weeks (I asked for confirmation of all orders two days ago) sent me this message:

I WAS ON LEAVE.
Baden, please may i stagger my order due to the busy state of your dept.
i cannot deal with these volumes until i am out of the dessein depot 16/02
is this in order ?

if you are able to process please print 500 of each



When she says ‘Stagger my order’ does she mean delay it, or express it?
Usually she’s an express kind of gal.

Sorry, she’s been back from leave for two weeks.
Everyone placed their order last week.

Then she comes in and announces she was on leave.
