The second one is a cover that someone made way back when Eric Agnew put out M2 in mp3 for the first time. I've seen it on ebay many times.

The first one is a commercial bootleg, not a promo. I am pretty sure it is coming from the same company who is putting out the bootleg Earphorias. I know someone said they listened to it and said that it was probably sourced from the original Agnew mp3 rip, as it sounded like ass.

i figured it was a bootleg. it didn't see virgin's logo smattered all over it.
geesh, they could've just copied the q101 disc, at least it would sound okay.
