Someone on a cell phone said this as I was walking to eat.

I thought this was relegated to use only in Seinfeld trivia.

In California it's a travesty *NOT* to use that, or "Blah blah blah".

"So I was signing my lease and the realtor was talking to me, I explained to her as I was signing my lease about the situation regarding the dog and the kid blah blah blah, and she hands me the most gorgeous bottle of whiskey I had ever seen."
