If anybody has any access to Tom Petty SHN's (or even decent quality mp3's), or a place where I could find them on the Web/FTP, it would be much appreciated. (Thus far, I haven't been able to find anything besides a file or two on Kazaa and Soulseek.) One of my friend's mothers recently died, and I want to get said friend a copy of a live Petty show, since a)he's her favorite artist and b)she missed his show when it rolled into Raleigh a month ago.

I really don't have a whole lot to trade (little enough to the point where I haven't even bothered putting together a bootlist--I'm not particularly interested in playing the trading game), so maybe I really shouldn't be posting here, but I'm really not going to concern myself with the rules of protocol here, considering the reason why I want these. If anybody could help, please e-mail ccoletta@email.unc.edu.

Thanks.

The only Petty I have is from the Bridge School Benefit show in 2000. E-mail me at jroth793@attbi.com and I'll send you one of the sets...he played the same songs and said the exact same banter both nights, so one should be good enough...and if its from the bay area...you can count on it being good http://www.netphoria.org/wwwboard/biggrin.gif

It's funny cause it's true.
