When I hear the name Sarah I think of an ugly little 2nd grader with a snotty nose.

No offense.

Natalie.

I like it. Not too common, and I think it's pretty. I really like Natalia. Thank god my mom didn't name me Gretchen, like she had originally planned.

I think it's because there was a girl named Sarah in my 2nd grade class who always had a snotty nose.

Did you know your name sounds like about 15% of indistinct conversation that you overhear? So you constantly think people are mentioning your name?

Ryan. It's far too common. If for some reason I respond to it, it's gererally for someone else, but if it's for me, I ignore it. But the good thing is very few people including my friends know it so I just go by my surname. It's weird, though, seeing as how it's the same way with my father and grandfather.

my name is jennifer, but ive gone by Jenn since 9th grade.

i hate the name jennifer cause theres ALWAYS another one. in elementary school i was "Jennifer D."-it sucked. but the worst part is that my middle name is leigh. and half the jennifers in the world have the middle name leigh, lea, or lee. grrr. pisses me off. and then my last name is davis. i officially have the LAMEST name in the whole world. bleh.

my parents wanted me to be called "jenny leigh" :erm
thank god, that didnt catch on.
