what do you guys think of the "Lesser Wezer Albums" I personally think that they are both fantastic, but i have to pick green over maladroit.

I really like them both, but Maladroit is more mediocre.

Green has a couple of really good songs, but that makes it uneven, because there's a big difference between those good songs and the rest of the disc. Maladroit is a lot more uniform. It doesn't really have one or two songs that stand head and shoulders above the rest. They're all pretty decent. Eh...I guess I'd have to give Maladroit the edge (just by a nose). I really like both albums though.

when i burned maladroit before it was released, it must have been rough mix or something. i thought it was lightyears better than the green album. but when i heard the real release, i was disappointed how it came out. i still thought it was way better than the green though.

green has catchier songs, but maladroit has more variety and better solos.
hard to say.

i'd say green. it's bad but it's catchy bad. maladroit was like trying to return to the good stuff but they failed

i see a huge difference between the two.

maladroit is really underrated. american gigolo is the only track i don't like. it's a killer guitar album. it's greatness, and would be as good as the blue album is the blue album wasn't simply one of the best albums ever.

the green album is so silly that you really can't believe there isn't something kinda weird about it, like it was some tounge-in-cheek expirement or blatantly obvious cash-in. (except hash pipe, which is the shit.)

i just read this huge entry on riverscuomo.com where he explains what he's been doing for the last few years. what an awesomely neurotic guy. i'm psyched for their new album & tour.

I thought the green album was fun. Also, its sort of one of those albums for me that brings up memories of good times. Smile and Photograph are classics in my mind.

That said, I thought Maladroit was great as well.

I wub Weezer and I think all their albums kick ass, but it has to go: Pinkerton-Blue-Green-Maladroit for me.

It's like shit pie vs. shit stew. Hard to pick which one is more horrible. I'd say green though. Half hour of half assed pop crap.

While I agree they both suck, the bridge on the first song of Green is pretty fucking sweet. So, Green.

They both suck. I never bought or bothered to copy Maladroit but I don't like either of them much. I'd have to say Green though, even though it's less atrocious by only a little.
