Poor Ravens. He was injured and missed most of the 2002 season. Oh well, it's not the team's fault he decided to appear on the cover of a Madden football game.
Speaking of which, Madden 2005 better be worth my money, considering that I could have NFL 2K5 for a mere $20. I'm a loyal EA Sports fan, but that IS a considerable difference in price.
So which is better, Madden or ESPN football games?

according to egm, madden has the edge. the espn game is a great game by its own rights as well.

That game is shit. Passes can be tipped about a million times in midair after the pass was originally broken up, punts can be kicked around a million times by the punting team before they actually down it, it's too hard to run and it's too easy to pass.

I just bought the ESPN game. I am so sick of hearing Madden talk. He is senile and should not be allowed on TV let alone have his own football game.

Madden is on Xbox Live this year, so that should kick ass.
I too am waiting for Madden. I'm a big franchise freak with all sports games.

I've been a huge Madden fan for years, but I'm going to have to go for the ESPN one because of the price difference.
