I wonder if CNN is going to get fined. I laughed so hard when they cut the mike right after "what the fuck are you guys doing up there?"

That wasn't there fault. CNN has been on the same network as the FleetCenter. They announced it prior to their coverage and said they have no choice.

That was fucking hilarious.

Damnit. I was watching it on PBS.

CNN apparently was broadcasting their audio on the same frequency as the Convention organizers. When the big balloon drop was supposed to happen, it wasn't going as quickly as the organizers liked, and they were heard nationwide cursing and trying to figure out what the balloon droppers were doing. Funny stuff (and classy to boot). There's an mp3 on Matt Drudge's site if you wanna hear it.
