The first incarnation of Jesus, I (glasshouse show in Pomona) was the best one.

Do you prefer the rocking version or the quieter version? I used to headbang in the shower to that song.

You'd have to be crazy to headbang without one of those.

I haven't heard this in over a year. I should pop that in my CD player for kicks. That was easily my favorite thing about Zwan. That and Spilled Milk.

see, this is why it pisses me off so much that zwan is dead. they had songs like this. i saw them play at Bogarts in may of last year and they tore the place apart. Jesus I is awesome but they played spilled milk at the end of the show too. damn was that amazing.

Best version of God's gonna set this world on fire is the one on the free DVD given with the MSOTS album.Where they are all clapping hands and looking embarrassed-Except Billy

I love GGSTWOF. I was a bit disappointed when I saw them in Dallas that they cut the song way short.

for a while during the post album tour jimmy did this little drum solo between the quiet part and the rockin' part of god's gonna set this world on fire. fuck, it's so awesome. it just explodes after the solo. goddamn.

oh and a thing that must be mentioned here is billy's solos at the ends of jesus, i. forget what i said in the above post. the future embrace can suck all it wants as long as it has solos. i don't care what anyone says, he's the best guitarist ever

I think I was at that show....need to check my ticket stubs.

Man, early Zwan was awesome.

Anybody else here go to the Dijali Zwan shows? Those SBDs should be released. The way the 4 shows varied was amazing.

I'll second this. That whole show is great. 'Dust my Broom' from that show is one of my favorite Zwan live performances ever.

Two of the greatest tragedies of Billy's career have to be him choosing not to record Jesus I/God's Gonna Set... and Mary Star in their entirities. The album stuff blows compared to the live. And thats what sucked with Zwan. Billy sold out when it came to making the record. Oh well i saw both live so I really shouldnt be complaining should I?

Did/could anyone rip the music from the dvd that came with MSOTS? That would be cool. Or does anyone have the copy's of the songs they used. I've looked on the hub, but I don't really know what I would be looking under
