what Im trying to see is if what the government says is true, that we will be hit again, then what happened to Gray Davis in California could happen nationally if the people see to it.

Its as possible as the fruition of their own assessment of another terrorist attack.

If they fail to protect the nation the people have a constitutional right to hold special elections and get representatives in there to meet the (safety) demands of the people...

shit, it should happen now, considering these guys admit the mistakes and still have the balls to cover for the future mistakes about to occur...
