ok to answer your question. if you have small boobs, nothing is going to make them look bigger unless you have an underwire and some padding.

i dont mind looking small boobed with a dress like that. i find it sexy, if you are able to wear a nice top without a bra, obviously keeping it within the realm of good taste.

no bandaids, no tape..i mean what's the point? i guess since i live in Miami i have more leeway to do this stuff, since the weather lends itself for stuff like this :/

If you don't know what size you are all you have to do is measure your hips, waist and chest and see which size you are on VS's chart. It has worked for me.

I think that would be a good dress for going out. Your shoes, purse and other accessories, and most of all your attitude in it, will either make it slutty or not. The black dress alone is not an inherently slutty garment, even if it is sorta sexy.
