Ending up just another lost and lonely wife?

Geez, do you guys remember the Romeo + Juliet Soundtrack? I haven't listened to this in ages. I swear every freaking kid I knew bought this CD when the movie came out. It's like the one CD I can almost guarantee that anyone I know within two years of me in either direction owns.

Yeah... Wrong board, I know. Whatever. This is a nostalgia post, not a music post. *bops in her chair while other people in the library give her funny looks*

i keep it because i love 4 (i think) of the songs

i need to go check

off the top of my head the primary reason for having it is Talk Show Host. Lovefool is awesome but it's on an album. uh, the wannadies song is really good. I get embarassed to say it but #1 Crush is great.

i think that's it

Yeah. It kinda does. But <3 the Wannadies song. But that's mostly 'cause my boyfriend put it on a mix CD for me right after he got the soundtrack, so I mostly associate it with that. Heh. I don't think I'd actually want to buy the whole Cardigans album, so I'm happy with this. (Although have you heard their cover of Ironman? It's great. *g*)

Yeah ... I think Ammy had the second one too, and I remember being like, "Whoa!? There are two??"

I think the other one might just be the score though...

I own three Cardigans albums.

The first two are......................crucial.

Maybe you can help me. A long time ago, they played on Letterman and played a song about a whore. All I remember is it repeated the word "whore" a lot, but the song was really good.

Do you know which one that is?

Heh. I was a sophomore. I remember all the little high school girls having pictures of Leonardo DiCaprio up in their lockers... :p
