things havent changed a whole whole lot in every day life, nor did i think it would for many... im sure it has for some though...

• still way too many people without healthcare
• still far too little money in education
• still many people hungry and homeless living in the streets

but then again this is all of america...

Sure, he rescinded the new car tax, but then he turned around and hiked college tuition fees for everyone. Does this make sense to anyone? If you want to raise revenue shouldn't you raise something most Californians pay like a car tax or a sales tax, instead of a few select Californians like the college-going public who don't have the kind of money for tuition hikes? Also he has cut health and education programs. He's really socking it to the working class.

a friend and i were jokingly hypothesizing about the future of arnold... we knew that he couldn't bcome president ala ronnie style, but we didnt know of the same nationality rules apply to the vice president spot... and if not, what if he was chosen as the vp seat for the next republican presidential nominee, they would most likely be assasssinated so arnie could be in the spot... sorry somewhat off topic.

lets just hope to fucking god that there is no constitutional amendment that would allow non native americans become president. no way arnie can be president.

Arnold has taken 36 inmates off death-row. In just 7 months.

Gray Davis took 7 inmates off it his entire stay in office.

I think the bleeding heart do-gooder wife is behind Arnold's position on this.

They did that in Texas, too, and they don't even need the money. In a way, this is a good thing because the majority of youth is pretty indifferent about politics until they get stuck with a bill because of someone in the state capitol. I'm gonna bet in 20 or 30 years we'll see Texas blue again.

but you've gotta admit, it would be funny. he'd personally hunt down osama, uzi in hand and just before shooting him in some remote mountain range come up with a hilarious punchline along the lines of "osama la vista, baby".
