I watched this young black guy get tasered by the cops here in Tacoma once. It was weird. The cops crashed through this gate and jumped out of their car and tasered the guy. Then the guy fell down and started screaming. They tasered him for like five minutes, and he was screaming bloody hell the whole time. All like they needed to taser him for five minutes.
