I'll come out and admit i'm oblivious to a majority of the voting process. with that said, i'll give you a rundown of how the process works according to my knowledge--correct where necessar-- and then follow with a question....

--okay so from my understanding, the electoral colleges are really the ones in charge. regardless of what the popular vote is it, will have no affect on the electoral college vote?
