He talks about Gore's speech last nite. Actually, he didn't address the actual speech, he just talked about how 'angry' Gore was and how stupid he looked coming out and speaking and that nobody wants to hear it.
I say fuck Dennis Miller and his eloquent, pompous ass. The number-one response of every Republican when faced with facts and a logical, passionate argument.....
Character Assassination. It's all they fucking know how to do. Disqualify, marginalize, whatever, as long as you ignore the issues. Miller, "Nahnahnah I'm not listening, you're a poopy-head!" Helen Keller has NOTHING on Republicans.
Heaven forbid Miller might actually bring up an actual counterpoint to something mentioned in Gore's speech. BTW, I thought Gore's words were brilliant. It is exactly what the country needs to hear. Fuck, I'm a democrat and I'm angry as fucking hell. And god damn it, I have every right to be. Miller and the rest can blow me.

Yeah I agree about Miller, but close mindedness goes both ways, democrat and republican.

Oh don't get me wrong, I feel the same way, and perhaps I was being too harsh because it is hard not to like Miller and his personality. And yes, I have seen him rip apart his fellow conservatives as well. It just seemed that the way he reacted so strongly towards Gore in the way he did really threw me off and made me think just how much Miller is for not rocking the Bush administration's boat and maintaining the status quo, regardless of how likable, edgy, and verbally entertaining he is. Of course, I don't deny that he has every right to his own opinion...as do I.

why does dennis miller have another show? he's a fool who was marginally funny on snl, but that's where his talent ends. he and carson daly should co-host the "were aren't now and never really were popular, but we do favors for tv execs to keep us on the air" show.

Take into account that Miller is also a comedian.

It's really quite amazing how many people don't realize this.
