i am filling out some paperwork and it is asking me if i have a commercial or an operators license, and then what class it is (a/b/c). i am ashamed to say i don't know what it is or what the difference is. i have not received any additional training, so i assume i have the generic license. i looked on google, but could not find anything. any help is appreciated.

commercial drivers licenses require extra training and stricter testing. my dad has a commercial drivers license (class A) cause he drives giant trucks at work.

i think class B are motorcycles and stuff???

No, Class M is for motorcycles. Class B is for smaller commercial vehicles, buses, cement trucks, and the like.
