This is from another messageboard, found by a friend of mine... the guy has some valid points, and after watching the beheading video, I'd like to think that if someone was SAWING MY FREAKING HEAD OFF I'd move around or make a bit more noise than that guy did. I dunno. It looked odd to me.

I think it's entirely possible, but I'd like to see more evidence. But I know that won't come about.

Before you get into a conspiracy theory like that bozo was suggesting, think about why it would be staged in the first place. The person claiming responsibility is a terrorist and the video was posted on a terrorist website. I'm not going to watch the video to dispute what this guy is saying. There is no reason for this to be made up, other than to fuel the hate of terrorists more? I don't think so.

You mean it was all CGI? I haven't seen the video but I don't see why the Coalition sawing his head off would cause less of a reaction than some terrorists doing so. If it was staged, it could have been staged just as easily by the terrorists.

huh? i love conspiracy theories and all, but i've seen no reason why this would be staged. i watched the video, and while i've never watched a beheading before, i'm 99% sure that it's real!!!! not to mention nick berg's dad blaming his son's death on bush and rumsfeld.. why would that be staged? whoever came up with this conspiracy theory is a wacko, sorry.

It seems fishy to me. I mean, what are the odds of meeting a terrorist pre - 9/11. Now, what are the odds of going to iraq and being the only american beheaded on international tv in reprisal for prisoner abuse. It sounds fishy. I doubt it was just a "coincidence". its way fucking fishy. the odds of meeting one of the 911 hijackers in the U.S. and letting him use your laptop are probably like 1 in 10 billion. now multiply that with the odds of being beheaded in iraq. it makes no sense. such a coincidence doesn't seem possible.

there is no conspiracy theory here. this has been proven and admitted by the government. the guy's father says it was just a terrible tragedy. i don't believe it one bit. I think this guy might have been working for the U.S or something.
