I don't know why I'm barely posting this now. They opened up for the Strokes a month or so ago.

Anyways the lead singer was a bitch. Annoying, trying to get the crowd into it. The music sucked. Everyone in the band just sucked. The drummer was pretty good but he had on these stupid leather gloves. And let's not even talk about the haircuts. Ugh they were so horrible.

i like them.

I have no idea who they are or what they sound like. I've probably heard some of their music, but never knew who it was.

I came away with the same impression when I saw them with the Strokes as well. The baby talk was annoying.

If this was the 80s, I think The Sounds would fit right in.

I concur with that smashing87 kid. all I can think of when i hear them is "what the crap are these people doing". but to each his own eh.

The Sounds are terrible.



Oh and I saw an ad for them on tour, which is why I mentioned them sucking, I hadn't seen anything about them on this forum before.
