This movie looks like it should be interesting. From the trailers it looks like it is nothing but a movie about the complete destruction of the North American continent.

The sad thing is, the movie is probably going to be ruined by an attempt to tack on a story to what should be nothing but a film about pure and utter destruction. I mean, just where is the love interest going to fit in here? Just where is the ending going to reside?

I hope for once they create a film that doesn't fit any structure that has been used a million times before, but either way, it'll probably be interesting to see it for the effects alone (and I don't often say that about movies).

it was ok.

i was expecting more cool effects though.

i saw that movie at the drive-in in tennessee with liz and jiezel. and we made complete asses of ourselves, screaming and laughing and even singing the oldies songs and doing little dance numbers before the movie started. that was an awesome night.

i don't remember much about the movie.
