Okay. We all know that there are quite a few songs out there that the Billy recorded more than once and sometimes even in different ways just because he's weird. Well, which versions are your favorite. I say "full" stufio versions in the title because I'm not talking about ones that don't have vocals. So, BWBW (instrumental demo) doesn't count, while MCIS from the 666 boot does. Get it? Well, I'll list all the ones I can think of. If I forget one (or more) feel free to slap me upside and call me daddy. Oh, as well as tell me which one(s) I missed.

umm I'm not even going to pretend that I have heard/remember the differences to all those songs but it's late so i might as well give it a whirl....

-"if you wait" better than Wound...but they're close
-Vanity acoustic demo just a bit more
-SD version of Mayo
-MCIS version of Beatiful
-both versions of TT the same, although the second one has my hometown in it hahaha

....and aren't the demo and studio versions of Stumbeline one and the same?

I don't get it... Mayo from Vieuphoria is a "full studio version"? It was um, live... and the MCIS acoustic demos, and Machina acoustic demos? Those were just Billy at his house, live, with an acoustic guitar! I guess I just don't understand the question...

I find ugly (beautiful one) from gravity demos the best version, it only lacks voice...

Anyway, congrats on making that list.

And how would someone get there hands on LMGTWTY (Adore Version)? Hardy-har-har. On a related note, does anyone think that Cash Car Star (Version 1) might be the Adore version?

i like the 'i need you around' blissed and gone demo better then the version they ended up releasing

the demo sounds more passionate and i like the acoustic strumming

No; that version is in drum-machine-land.

But didn't Bolly say CCS wasn't *******d because it was too guitarish for Adore? I'm not doubting you or anything, I'm just curious as to how you know and all that great shit. Thanks.

I think the drumming is far too good and Jimmy-ish to be from Adore era. I would imagine the Adore version to still be lead by guitars but sound kind of different... probably the 10/31/98 is closer to the Adore sound. But that's just my what I think.
