Girls' basketball should 1) go back to being halfcourt and 2) never be televised unless the participants are naked.

i really enjoy psychology, but don't believe i have the skills to get a degree in that area. i was thinking education? i suck at math. am uninterested in science (nursing, or health care). i would like to open my own coffee shop, but that's being a little unrealistic. i would like to travel. life is rough.

i'm pretty convinced that just about anyone could get any undergraduate degree they wanted as long as they applied themselves enough. you should go for it. i always found psychology interesting, even though i'm taking environmental engineering. my housemate's majoring in psych, so i always chat with him about it.

but really, if you want to travel you should go. it might help you sort things out. i know a lot of people that go travelling and come back with a totally different perspective on life.

of course if you get into education you'll have your summers off which would give you time to travel later in life...(that's why it's my backup plan if i don't like engineering).

just my thoughts.

thanks. i have my associate of arts degree. but now i have to decide what i want to major in. i just haven't set my priorities, and have gotten comfortable in the life style i'm leading now. which is, work, sleep, eat, work, sleep. thanks for your imput. i'm going to make an appointment at the counseling office at the jr. college i was attending. they have a career center that has a lot of information. yeah.

psych is a lot more fun in the upper levels because you can focus on the areas you liked in first and second year.

Most places just want you to have SOME sort of bachelors degree because it shows dedication and that you can work hard to attain a goal. You might as well go for it. Either that, or become an elementary school teacher... I think you would be really good at that.

I looked for volumes 1-3 of Witch Hunter Robin today at Sam Goody and FYE. Didnt have it. I hope Best Buy or Circuit City has them. But I guess I'm better off at anime stores in Manhattan, especially at Forbidden Planet.
