i had an appointment at the salon last night for 6pm. as you may or may not know, there was some crazy snow in toronto yesterday. my bus was delayed, and i got to the salon about 20 minutes late. since a lot of people had cancelled or postponed their appointments, the salon had decided to close early. i called today to reschedule, saying that i had gone for my appointment last night, but they were closed when i got there. i wasn't upset or angry in the least, but they insisted on giving me my wax free of charge :)

what have you gotten for free lately?

a slayer girlie tshirt, packs of cigarettes, bracelet, necklace.... from the boyfriend, since he got his check the other day, and he hasn't had money since nov.

the last show i saw (dillinger escape plan/'the locust, cos my friend had an extra ticket and no one to go with) was free. the next 3 concerts i'm seeing are going to be free as well. now let's see if i can score some comps for andrew wk ;)

When I spent $250+ on my textbooks yesterday I got a free t-shirt that says "I got used at the Delaware Book Exchange." That's about it as of late.
