Does anybody know a good method to this?

I want to stay away from .WAV (but will settle if it's necessary)

There's no such thing as loss when decompressing SHNs. SHNs are losslessly compressed .wav files anyway...

The best way to do it is to go to www.etree.org and download mKwact - drag and drop them into the window, will decompress to .wav

You might as well go to wav as it's not going to cause any loss.
