I don't know why people pay other people to do this... Its so easy to do yourself.
I've stretched 5 of my ear piercings to a 14 gauge, one of my ear piercings to a 12 gauge (i had an extra 12 laying around from my navel) and I just stretched my navel to slightly bigger than a 10 gauge.

I think i am going to get my nipple pierced with the barbell i just took out of my navel. What do you think?

my ears are at a 000, i can fit a pen in them, but i don't think i would stretch any of my other 6 piercings. but i have been wanting my ears to be a little bigger

I don't think people who don't stretch seem to understand that you can let a big stretching shrink down rather easily. I did a lot of interviews with people who had stretchings (for my job), and these stretchings really do close back up well.

Stretching has come into popularity (largescale wise) only relatively recently. There aren't many people around who have been stretching for 15-20 years. I know someone who has been doing it for 10 and were he ever to remove his metal he looks like a complete asswad. Ear lobes hanging down to your knees isn't sexy.
