Okay - I'm all for sharing and learning, so give 10 (or less) songs that you think others may benefit from hearing and that are readily available for download (either through peer to peer programs or on specific websites). Then, after listening, if you feel compelled, give your praises or pans of other's recommendations. Mine are mostly plain rock and roll, so I apologize ahead of time...

BAND/SONG

Hot Hot Heat - 5 Times Out of 100 (http://www.hothotheat.com/bang.html)
The Ponys - Get Black (http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/462/the_ponys.html)
Cato Salsa Experience - So, The Circus is Back in Town (http://www.garraldarec.com/sounds/Cato%20Salsa%20Experience%20-%20So,%20The%20Circus%20Is%20Back%20In%20Town.mp3)
Modey Lemon - Big Bang (http://www.themodeylemon.com/modey_lemon-big_bang.mp3)
Thee Michelle Gun Elephant - Marguerite (http://www.alive-totalenergy.com/tmge3.mp3)
Soledad Brothers - Front St. Front (http://141.217.88.20/Soledad/FrontStFront.mp3)
Brendan Benson - Good To Me (or Folksinger, depending on what you can find while searching peer to peer)
The Yardbirds - I'm a Man
The Von Bondies - Lack of Communication
Vue - Pictures of Me (or Falling Through a Window, again, depending on what you can find while searching)

I hope all those links work correctly - feel free to bitch if they don't...:)

From what I understand, it's one their early songs that didn't make it onto Sad Sappy Sucker but was recorded in those same Dub Narcotic sessions. It's wonderful.
