i would like to eventually quit completely but for now i just don't smoke during the day, and only smoke socially at night.
I bought a pack on halloween night and it lasted until this last thursday. Im so proud of myself.

I know it's really cliche to say "I'm not addicted!!", but I don't think I am. I can usually go a day without if I have to.. I don't think I'm addicted to the niccotine, I think I'm addicted to having one in my hand at all times.

it's not sick kissing a smoker if they haven't just smoked.

smoking looks cool. and sexy.

but i'm not gonna do it, because it's addicting and costs too much.

I feel the exact same way.

I will say, however, that yes, I am addicted. I realize that when I don't have a cigarette for a day that I start getting all crazy, but it is also a habit. I'm sure as with most smokers, I smoke a lot more than I need to. I smoke because it's something to do. Especially during deep conversation, I don't really crave a cigarette, I just want to smoke because it keeps my body active.

its weird. i'll go a mont without smoking, then i'll smoke 3 packs in two days, just because it's there to do, and i can do it.
