What program do I use to burn .shn files to an audio cd? I've done it for .mp3s before, and it just burns them so that they'll play in any cd player... does this also work with .shn or do I need to convert them to a different file? If so, what program do I use for that?

Thanks

You need to convert it to a .wav file.

I'm on a Mac so I'm not sure of the software PC uses.

Just so you know, since it doesn't seem like you know, converting a mp3 to wav isn't the same as decoding a shn to wav. A shn is like a zip file, its lossless and you get the same exact wav file that was originally shn'd to begin with.

Better to know than not know.

is there a specific .shn decoder? or can I use other extraction tools?

cruiser, you also have the option of burning your SHNs as they are on an information disc. although you won't be able to play them on a regular cd player, you can usually fit a two cd audio show onto one CDR. it's a very popular method of archiving audio, methinks.
