i agree. i like it as a christmas song, but i can't imagine ever listening to it when it's not december. the lyrics could have been improved a bit, though.

i actually put it on my SP b-sides collection c.d so i listen to it all year round :cool:

Naaaaw, they're perfect Christmas-y lyrics. They fit the song really well.

But they're so...sappy and sentimental. Call me a scrooge, but whenever I hear that song on the radio I vaguely feel the need to cringe. And those damn bells. "dong-dong-dong-dong!!, dong-dong-dong-dong!!, Christ-mas-time is heeeere" Gah.

i love it. i love hearing it in stores around christmastime because it always gives me this awesome warm and fuzzy feeling.

I've never heard it in the store, but I agree with Mirror_Untrue- it holds its own against any other traditional christmas song out there. How many rockstars can say that? Yeah, I know I'm a geek. So what?:D
