I had this lady come in this morning who was so frustrated with using the internet and microsoft word that she just started crying :(
It frustrates me trying to teach someone things as simple as inserting an attachment into an email or how to save a document to a floppy disk and then they make you go over it over and over slowly so they can write it down.
I hate my job :(

um...tell them in order to make an attachment they'll need to go into dos and type format c:. i think that's how you do it.

tell people they need to get into a full bath tub with their computer plugged in. It'll get rid of them right quick.
