onstage- black shirt and pants, like everyone else in the band
he rocked out, accordingly in iha-style. it was weird that he was on darcy's/melissa's side of the stage and didn't have a mic. when the band members were all introduced, james had the loudest crowd response  at the end of the set, twiggy teased the bassline for zero, and james stepped up to the mic and squealed some cheesy 70s song.
offstage: glasses, jacket, sahara hotnights tshirt
it was nice that he actually came out to VERY BRIEFLY chat with the 6 people who were waiting for him and give one-word responses ("when's your next solo album coming out, james?"- "uhh... i don't know"; "want a beer james??"- "uhh... no thanks"), but we got hugs.
anyway, though i'm not a huge fan of a perfect circle's kind of music, i enjoyed it a lot more than i thought i would. oh. and twiggy's lineup of 17-year-old goth chicks with passes for his tour bus was priceless.
