It needs its own thread.

Fucking shit.

I've listened to it about 67 times in the last two days.

sometimes i have problems like that

for example, i can't stop listening to the first 10 seconds of "i am one" or the last few minutes of "hello kitty kat"

The "soon I'll find myself alone, to relax and fade away" part of "Rocket" can trap me for weeks on end...

for me its that part in drown where it goes, i wish i wish i could fly...

theres some really amazing drumming in that part and billys voice is at its best

i can never get to the end of the song becuase once ive heard that part i just have to keep rewinding and listening to it

the acoustic versions not bad either

yeah, i find myself listening to the beginning of geek usa over and over. jimmy does hat little triplet thing at the beginning of the song. i turn up louder and louder every time. then the guitars come in and i go deaf for a few hours.

Everything that has been mentioned here...

For me it was always the quiet part in the middle of Geek USA, followed by the loud bridge. Absolutely blew me away the first time, still blows me away. The transition of Soma as well, and the last chorus of Drown...

This is not a thread about what parts of songs you enjoy!

This is a thread about the last minute of Age of Innocence!

Let's talk about what makes it so special. Is it the delivery of the vocals? The production? That sound in the ********** that I can't really describe at all?? You know what I'm talking about...

And the way the bassline in the last chorus is altered is just wonderful. Simple...but just fucking great.
