Around $80 for Metallica when they played MSG with the orchestra a few years back.
EDIT: The Field Day Fest was $78 for one day. The whole thing went to hell and Ticketmaster never gave a full refund.
Fucking Ticketmaster.

The Rolling Stones...I don't remember excactly how much, but it was over $100. And it was worth it.

Actually, I think my golden circle U2 ticket was more than The Rolling Stones ticket, since, if I am remembering correctly, the golden circle tickets were $130 before service charges and whatnot. That U2 show was so definitely worth it. It was the third show at Madison Sqaure Garden after 9/11...they brought all the NYC firefighters out at the end of the show...and then even after they turned the lights on, no one in the crowd would leave, so U2 came back out and did another song. It was a really amazing experience. And that was actually my cheapest U2 ticket...I bought tickets off eBay for the other four shows I went to.

I think it would be Peter Gabriel last fall... $130 a ticket. So worth it. Others might argue, especially since it was at the horrid Target Center and there were PA problems, but it was as intimate an arena show can get seeing as it was only half full.

$636 for an Opening Ceremony ticket to the 1996 Olympics. Two seats away from the ramp all the athletes came down and the torch went up to meet Muhammad Ali (could see him shaking from Parkinson's even). It apparently was a press section that got offered back to the public only a few months before the event.
