or how often do ya still listen to them? i still listen to adore most nites before i go sleep, and have done for about a year, is anyone else still that obsessive/dedicated?

I hardly listen to them, but I did yesterday and it was really nice.

I normally listen to a SP song everyday, especially at night. Incidentally, I just got a REAL sexy girl into Pumpkins. I'm so proud :D

I listen to them every now and again. I'll get into a mood where I really want to hear a particular album and play it for a week straight.

i listen to a recording of their shows nearly every day. right now 1996-12-16 ald source. and earlier: 1990-06-16 and 2000-09-18sbd

they're just in my favourite cd collection, I like to play SP's best records probably just as much as other personal (older) favourites. That's maybe a few times a month...

I listen to them a couple times a week. I've come to the realization that I will never get sick of them.

I ussually listen to one of their shows to and from work (about 45 min each way) every day. And I still have plenty of shows laying around, that I havent listened to yet, so I guess I'll still be listening to them for a while

I make it a point to listen to Siamese Dream at least once a day. Other than that, it varies. TAFH is always a good choice. :D

I still play them as much as I do any band that is still together and still releasing music. They're mixed in with the rest of my music so I hear them qutie often

I'll go for a couple of months without listening to a damn thing from them, then pop in one of their CD's and go on a Smashing Pumpkins binge for a couple of months. Then I get tired of them and the cycle repeats.

i listened to some of mellon collie today (hence my thread).
it was nice, but 'fuck you' just blew me away. every so often their CDs still have moments that make me sit back and go WHOA.

because of a thread here I started listening to Machina II a bit recently.

I still listen to Adore & Gish on occassion.
Machina & SD once in a blue moon.
PI & MCIS practically never unless I want to learn/relearn to play a guitar part.
I haven't touched my TAFH Box set in years.
All the singles are basically collection material now (although I did play French Movie Theme recently just as a filler on a CD I made for a friend).

on a funny (to me) sidenote I was at HMV today & I was looking for Xiu Xiu (yeah I know dumb move) & obviously saw nothing..but next to it was Zwan labelled "ZWAN (also see Smashing Pumpkins). WTF......that's like looking for Tool & seeing (also see a perfect circle).

i make sure to fill each day with some pumpkins music, i'v been a fan since 98, but didn't go hardcore fan til 2000, saw the final show, yet i listen to there music every day still just hoping for the day they get back together

I hardly ever listen to the Pumpkins anymore. I put a disc in my car CD player maybe once every month, and I have "Hello Kitty Kat" on a mix CD I listen to often, but that's about it.

I still listen to them quite a bit.

I am going to see them the 5th of october(belgium). It's that solo that I really love, lol, people are different, how many times have you seen them? And there is a question I have about them, do you know, their used to be a b-side cd(kinda like pi) and it was even listed on the site, butit seems to have disapeared of the face of the earth????

btw: lady of the flowers remains in my eyes their best song!

i think you have to be in a certain mood to appreciate the smashing pumpkins, i think im in that mood quite often, but what that mood is exactly i cant quite put my finger on... i dont think its sadness, happiness, or anything like that, for now we'll just call it pumkiness, hey that has quite a ring to it....just say it out loud, you'll fell better

I listen to them everynite usually, and sometimes during the day. I'll definitely never get sick of them. I can be in any mood really cause there a pumpkins song for every mood.

Um, about 3 hours a week. I used to listen to them 3 hours a day, but times change.

Winamp radio ( l love) has a good 24hr pumpkins station. They rarely go wrong. My other favorite station is "super slut radio" Really good.
