the stooges are more *rock* but if you mean +rock+ you should've put zamfir or sepultura on the list. nirvana isn't even +rock+ at all, they're like rock and at the drive in is just plain ~&rock.&~

they actually have 4 (id not even 5) out of seven
Not to mention their latest live cd effort, which is more rock than "Raw Power"

Yeah, Bobby Gillespie getting aged.

not so fast, not so fast

And on the other hand, for at least 20 more years he'll be the coolest guy since ..
since I don't even know who I could compare him too, no contest

while on the other-other hand you'll always be an ugly music geek, listening to Bobby singing the most exciting, creative and innovative rock music of the last 15 years and nothing else.

I love screamadelica, vanishing point, and xtrmntr, but the last one is the only thing that brings to mind "ROCK" even though it's not like, rock, but it has that intensity or something.

in fact, Screamadelica and Vanishing Point are the 2 of the 7 I was thinking at as not conventionally 'rock'

the 5 Primals' rock records I had and always have in mind are:

1987, Sonic Flower Groove
1989, Primal Scream
1995, Give Out But Don't Give Up
2000, XTRMNTR
2002, Evil Heat

there you go, flower
