However, these sarcastic idiots accidentally make first contact with aliens for the first time in human history. And since the aliens think that these guys are representative of the human species the aliens decide they should wipe them out and the rest of the human race. So its up to these guys to save the galaxy, when all they really wanna do is sit around and watch old TV broadcasts of I Love Lucy that are travelling through outter space.
