Hi, please let me know if I will be able to openly tape at the upcoming Jimmy drum clinic. I will tape Philly and maybe the other one in PA if I can.
DPA 4021's > AETA PSP3 ? Sony PCM-M1
I might borrow a high end outboard A/D converter if I can use my Shure mic stand as well. I'd rather not stealth with this setup.

good luck with your taping. i don't know if it's allowed, but i can't really picture jimmy giving a shit. he'll probably think it's pretty dumb that anyone would want to listen to a drum clinic bootleg, and come to think of it, it is pretty dumb. but fuck it. i wanna copy. jimmy's the man. anyone planning on taping the Greensboro clinic?

I think taping is a pretty good idea, its different from your average MCIS or Adore era boot, and theres alot of drummers out there who would be very interested i'm sure.
I'd suggest emailing the venues and asking them, or maybe the company putting the clinics on.

I was at the Ft. Collins, CO clinic tonight, and it was amazing. They didn't pat us down or anything. As long as you don't have anything blatant like a stand, I'm sure it'll be fine. Please tape it.

at the stl clinic, they explicitly stated that audio and video were not allowed, but still photos were ok.

i taped the fort collins colorado clinic. i have it in mp3, yeah bitch and moan, if anyone wants it or could post it on a server. all encoded it is about 70 meg. send me an email at my screen name in all lower case at hotmail dot com if you can host it or something. i probably could have set up stands and everything, no one really cared. but . that was just in fort collins, and everything here is low budget and somewhat fly by night.. so.. yeah. ok bye bye
erhmmm ok, so nevermind about the sending via email.. hotmail attachments are stupid. so anyone want to host? let me know via email.
