the problem isn't her singing. the problem is that her voice is processed to shit and then there's that fucked up "oogly-moogly-bee-bop-zip" electrionic noize at the end that makes you want to dig out your brain. That and Billy sounds like a total flamer when he sings in that song.

it's one of my favorite pumpkins covers too. it's just so different than any other pumpkins song. the effect on d'arcy's voice is definitely strange, but it fits with the song. and d'arcy has a great voice. yeah, there were live difficulties every now and then, but listen to the studio versions of "Daydream" or "Beautiful" or "Farewell and Goodnight." her voice is absolutely angelic.

bah ... Dreaming is a fucking awesome cover. Although like everyone else, I don't know what is up with her voice.

I do like her voice in Daydream and Beautiful. It's not great or anything....but it's not bad.

Uh. I really like it. Probably my favorite Pumpkin cover along with A Night Like This. And I don't really have any particular feelings about her voice. It seems nice enough for the song, though I don't think it's particularly good, so. Yeah.
