Hello,
I just recently got into The Mars Volta with their new album and really want to hear some of their live stuff. If you are planning to/want to tape them on their US tour or even do a Mars Volta trade with me, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks!

:p that's right, I forgot we lived near each other. we discussed on the Hub, I believe. Let's beat them up for not coming here.

I've been trying to find out their policy on taping for a while now. . . So far no luck officially, but word of mouth says that they will allow AUD recording. Toronto is covered.

bow - I didn't think Brandon ripped you off...well, because me, Brandon and Dead were watching that JBTV thing and heard Billy say that and thought that it was like, the greatest quote... but it might be some sort of coincidence :)

if you guys are taping i'd be very very interested in a copy. interested as in sexual favors. ;)

i have a few mars volta boots, but they're all mp3s - there's no shn taping community, just thecomatorium.com's mp3s.

Well, don't count our toronto chickens before they hatch, but with a little luck, we're going to be running a full rig/stand and at least one stealth rig (if lauren's up to the task. . .). With a lot of luck, we'll run SBD and do a kick ass mix, but again, I am not getting my hopes up.

Anyway, cross your fingers that everything goes well. ;)

well graves, if gear is sent to me..then i would probably be able to make it to that last show on the tour in seattle. since our good friend manson decided to cancel the show on us, i just ran into some unexpected return fundage. aye.
