there used to be a brilliant cover of Hummer on rockcovers.com before it bit the dust - sadly, I never got a chance to save the file (though it was an .ra)

I remember I had a pathetic cover of Today on there, which I recorded within 2 weeks of picking up guitar for the first time. On the upside, I got Joao Miguel to do the vocals for it :D

rockcovers was a great site.. i had forgotten all about it. :(

I remember one of the reviewers on rockcovers said the guitar sounded like a cross between a $10 Casio keyboard and a washing machine. Personally I think it's a great death metal adaptation. :p

I think the best Pumpkins cover are from that french guy called Christophe Tibault from the band Analogue. Try to find his cover for Thru the Eyes Ruby - it is as good as the original song. Amazing!
