I think the best thing would be to wear a bright shirt with a huge target on it. It this guy has any sense of humor at all, he'll notice that as he's lining you up in his scope, have a little chuckle and then snipe the person beside you instead.

Don't pump gas around that area, buy your gas far away or get the Gas attendent to pump it for you so he can die instead.

well, the gas stations he/she/they have shot the people from have been near wood or wooded area. the gas stations i go to are not near any sort of wooded area.

often those ppl think they are saving the ppl they kill. they would surely see that as a cry for help!
